Ambyth reported connection to Hosted Exchange is down for all Outlook clients. Check and investigate. Noted that the issue only is present at the office locations that are using Docomo internet service (HQ and Logistics). Offices using GTA internet service are fine (Warehouse and Piti Offices). Advised Ambyth to contact Docomo. During the troubleshooting Ambyth advised that the HQ and Logistics offices' Outlook came back up. Issue appears to be related to a Docomo ISP issue. Ambyth to contact Docomo to find out what happened. No settings on Hosted Exchange or Ambyth firewalls were done.
