Troubleshoot Saipan CYMA Issues

Saipan workstations encounter CYMA error 3012 and 3008. Follow troubleshooting steps from CYMA and same errors occur. Uninstall CYMA from workstation and reinstall. Same issue. DSI to restart the CYMA Server in Saipan Sunday morning and will be onsite at Ambyth Guam HQ Monday morning to continue further troubleshooting for CYMA. Per Gail, create remote access to the CYMA Server in Saipan for Arceli and Monica to access over the weeked.
