Setup Irene’s profile on spare workstation(printer, map network drive, email). Brought back Dell Optiplex (Irene’s workstation)to transfer data to new ssd and Macbook Pro to factory reset data. Checked Bella’s Laptop Slowness issue. Confirmed laptop’s hard drive needs to be replaced. DSI to Quote new 1tb SSD. Checked vanessa’s VPN issue on laptop. No issues were shown onced checked possibly home internet are the issues.
