Gail reported some Subic staff unable to connect to internet. Connection via Wifi. perform remote support with Josef in Subic. Investigate and found that there are 2 WiFi SSIDs with the same name: SubicWLAN. Change WiFi SSID on SonicWALL to: AmbythSubicWLAN. Josef test connected to AmbythSubicWLAN successfully. SubicWLAN SSID still present. Advised Ambyth that PLDT may have re-enabled their WiFi on their modem. Troubleshoot Conrad Divis' MS Office 365 subscription. Subscription expired. sent via email username and password to re-activate MS Office 365 subscription.
