Network issues reported. Several users unable to connect to server and printers. Noted workstations were getting IP addresses of 10.192.168.x . A Dlink device is providing these addresses. Found the dlink device in server room and device is used for Docomo IP Phones. disconnect dlink and ip addresses were received correctly (192.168.200.x) but IP Phones went down. Reconnect dlink, IP phones came up but incorrect IP addresses being assigned again. Tried to contact docomo but was unable to reach them. After 45 minutes, network went back to normal. Test release and renew IP and obtained the correct IP Addresses. Ambyth to create a ticket with docomo to check their dlink device
