Pick up Vanessa's laptop from Ambyth and brought back to DSI to troubleshoot. Per Vanessa, she lost remote access to her workstation. Test VPN and confirmed VPN connection can establish correctly. Test connect using Windows RDP to Vanessa's workstation but unreachable error is thrown. Worked with Vanessa to check her workstation remotely. Noted workstation was only connected to WiFi and not LAN. Worked with Vanessa to reconnect LAN cable to the workstation. Test access using Windows RDP to Vanessa's workstation successfully. Issue was LAN cable lost connected to the workstation and RDP is using the static IP address that is set on the LAN port.
