Christi reported Charlene's Outlook is not syncing emails. Check Charlene's Outlook and noted her mailbox has reach the Outlook limit of 50GB. Set her Outlook to not use Cache Mode. Confirmed emails are syncing. Space needs to be freed up on her mailbox. Created an Archive folder and showed Charlene how to archive emails to free up space on her mailbox.
