Per Gail, users that login to Remote Desktop Server need MS Office 365. Download and install MS Office 365 on Remote Desktop Server. Activate software using ambscan@ambythoffice.onmicrosoft.com subscription. Sent a separate email to Gail to inform of completion. Also advised that each individual user may need to activate MS Office 365 as the activation is profile specific. Provided activation login credentials to Gail.
