Check Neisha’s workstation (front desk at Ambyth HQ). Outlook is running slow and crashing.

Troubleshoot Neisha's Outlook running slow and crashing. Resources were fine. Tried recreating profile, did not work. Tried reinstalling Microsoft Office, did not work. Installed N-Able and Malwarebytes. Ran scan on Malwarebytes. Scan showed no malware. Tested network cable with cable tester. Cable passed. Used tone generator to find where jack is connected to on switch. Jack was connected to switch on a port thag is 100MBs, not Gigabit. Moved connection to Gigabit port. Checked Neisha's laptop to verify she has Gigabit speeds now. Confirmed she does. DSI to quote Ambyth a full Gigabit switch. Checked other computers in Ambyth OPS and HR for manually set DNS. Switched those users from manually set DNS to automatic via DHCP. Verified they still had access to network drives and data.
