Laptop cannot ping or print to printer because it is on a different subnet from printer. Advised customer that she cannot print from laptop to printer on that wifi network and will have to use known working wifi to print to Logisitics Front Office Printer. CSR workstation move rescheduled. Beth Andon signed because Christi is not on site.
