Ambyth Saipan: Check Joan's workstation. Joan reported her workstation crashed yesterday and White Coconut was able to get the workstation to boot to Windows. CYMA and other programs are running sluggish or not responding at all. Attempt to repair CYMA install but installer freezes and crashes. Check event log and noted several Windows system errors. Advised Ambyth that this Saipan workstation will need to be reprepped with Windows 11 Pro. White Coconut to perform the reprep and reprep cannot be performed remotely. DSI to remotely setup CYMA and all other programs. Ambyth Logistics: Wilma reported Tanya's workstation was unable to access network resources. Upon further investigation, Tanya's workstation was relocated and connected to Docomo's Voice network port. Advised Wilma to connect workstation to data port (D # port) and confirmed network resources are accessible.
