Jacob reported Subic unable to access share drives on Guam server. Check SonicWALL and noted Site to Site VPN from Guam to Subic is down. Subic main internet (PLDT) went down and is using a hotspot. Site to site VPN down due to main internet (PLDT) being down. Multiple staff reported outlook down. Test access to webmail ok. During troubleshooting, Outlook access came back up. Possible outage on the Hosted Exchange. Create a support ticket with Hosted Exchange support to gain more information on the 1 hour down time.
Cancel
