Troubleshoot ID Printer duplex printing using steps provided by AlphaCard. Issue of no duplex printing still exists. Took screenshots and sent to AlphaCard support. Meet with Xerox and noted new printers for Ambyth HQ delivered this morning. Xerox (Julie) advised that Ambyth Logistics printer delivery and setup scheduled for tomorrow morning at 9:00am. Configure Scan to folder profiles on new Xerox printer at Ambyth HQ.
