Per Gail, Docomo Saipan requested to reboot Saipan SonicWALL firewall in regards to the site-to-site VPN connection issue. Proceed to reboot Ambyth Saipan SonicWALL TZ370. Confirmed reboot completed and internet is back up. Noted site-to-site VPN still down. Check logs and noted timeout errors. Advised Gail of the situation. Requested Gail to ask Docomo Saipan if they are blocking IKE (UDP 500, 4500) or IPSec Protocol 50 and 51
