gail reported docomo saipan advised no blocking on their service. work with SonicWALL support again. delete existing Guam to Saipan vpn tunnel and recreate using all protocols and authentication. All attempts to recreate vpn tunnel still results in tunnel not being established. Run packet captures and check logs. Per Sonicwall, issue still points to the ISP service. Advised Gail and Gail will escalate and request docomo to check and reconfirm
