Vanessa reported she is unable to RDP to her workstation at the Ambyth Office. Login remotely and check SonicWALL Firewall Port forwarding and workstation IP Address. Both Port forwarding and workstation IP Address correct. Login to Vanessa's workstation using admin account and noted Windows firewall setting was set to block RDP. Remove block on Windows Firewall, test connect via RDP successfully.
