- Troubleshooted Kobe's workstation. No power received from charging cable, suspected battery issue/power distribution issue. - Isolated battery and cmos battery by removing them. - Performed hard CMOS reset and power cycling by holding power button. - Placed the CMOS battery back. Attempted direct power cable connection without laptop battery and workstation is able to turn on. Performed shutdown. - Placed back the laptop battery. Workstation is able to power on successfully. - Ran Lenovo Diagnostic Tool for hardware test, no fails reported. Workstation is operational.
