Remote Support with Brian Cain to setup seafix.net email account. Per Brian, he does not have the seafix.net email password. Contact Docomo to request a password reset. Docomo reset the password. Send new password and instructions on how to configure the seafix.net email account per Brian Cain's request. Troubleshoot Bella's scanning issue. Bella lost connection to scan share drive. Restore scan shared drive access and confirmed with Bella she can access her scanned documents. Troubleshoot email bounce back issue when emails from Ambyth.com are sent to Dimensionsystems.com. DSI email filter is rejecting due to the smtp server (Rackspace) is blacklisted. Sent a trouble ticket request to 3DI who manages the rackspace email.
