Check bounce back message and confirmed Rackspace (mx2.emailsrvr.com) is blocking the IP address 35.158.89.151 where boston.osgship.com emails are being sent from. Create a ticket with 3DI who manages Rackspace emails to unblock 35.158.89.151 to allow the email to flow through. Also requested mailbox access for Elizabeth Quenga to have full mailbox access to ambythjobs@ambyth.com and to obtain email username and password for MSchniep@ambyth.com.
