Remote Support with Conrad Divis. Conrad reported he is not receiving any emails. Send test emails and check outlook client and noted emails not present in the inbox. Investigated and noted that all emails being received are being moved directly to the delete folder. Noted Outlook had a rule set that moves all emails to deleted folder. Removed this rule and send additional test emails successfully. Emails are being received in Conrad's inbox.
