Ambyth Saipan: Remote support with Benjie to install new Kaspersky Anti Virus. Upon connecting remotely, noted that current Kaspersky software is already showing expiration date of 11/23/2023. License was renewed and already propagated to the Kaspersky software. Install CYMA on new workstation in Ambyth Saipan. Unable to install successfully as CYMA install wizard unable to see network share drive. Confirmed network share drive is mapped and accessible through Windows Explorer. Restart workstation and attempt to install again but same issue. Took screenshots and sent to CYMA support for resolution steps. As requested by Gail, Check Saipan CYMA Server and confirmed daily backup is successful.
