Summary of Tasks

Check AlphaCard Pro 500 printer. Michael advised error "Wrong Dye Ribbon" present but he installed the same ribbon. Check printer and updated to latest firmware. Error still persist. Check installed ribbon and noted part number is MA300YMCKO. Check online and noted this ribbon part number is incorrect. Install another ribbon (ACP300YMCKO) Ambyth had on hand and confirmed printer detects the ribbon properly. Test print ID card successfully.
