Troubleshoot ID Card printer. Incorrect ribbon error preset. Remove ribbon and confirmed ribbon part number is correct. Clean ID Badge printer and update driver and firmware. Reboot printer but error message still present. Ambyth to contact their vendor were they purchased the ribbon. Setup Dup security on Joy's new iPhone. Install new IT&E BEC modem. Provided old BEC Modem to Jacob. Troubleshoot Vanessas laptop. Laptop has several windowd explorer errors. Windows file system corrupted. Brought back to DSI to troubleshoot
